style="font-size:16px">碰撞检查,顾名思义,主要是在多专业协同设计的时候能够实时地反馈模型之间的空间关系,以便设计人员能够及时做出调整。3D的碰撞检查是一个服务,这个服务有两种运行模式,一种是在服务器上运行,针对所有设计人员,针对整个工厂,耗费的是服务器上的硬件资源,一种是本地机器上运行,这个就是由设计人员自己控制,耗费的是本地电脑的硬件资源。</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph {"style":{"typography":{"fontSize":"16px"}}} --> <p style="font-size:16px">要想在服务器端运行碰撞检查,就需要在服务器上安装3D的Interference模块,然后通过下面步骤配置和开启碰撞检查服务。</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> Server,右键属性打开下图界面。在Database Detect选项卡界面,用户可以手动输入碰撞检查服务器的电脑名,设置参与碰撞检测的图层,并选择是Required还是Optional,可以理解为检查碰撞的优先级。在下方的Compare界面可以进一步勾选,对哪些类型的碰撞进行检查。Include Clearance Rule是选择一种间隙算法规则,有时候两个对象之间不一定非要碰上了才算犯规,间隙小于某个数值后就算是犯规了。这些下拉的规则在系统自带的表格IFCRule.xls中有详细的定义。选择一个权限组,设置一个Marker Size,就是碰撞球的显示尺寸,然后就可以点Start了。<strong><span class="has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color">Server端的碰撞是针对整个Model的数据库进行的,如果想重新开始需要清空已有的碰撞数据,在PM里运行这个命令:</span></strong><span class="has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color"><strong>GSCADFoulCheckCmds.cSetIFCForRestart</strong></span>,用户可以在Status选项卡界面看到整体的一个检查进度和碰撞的情况。</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:image
